Ingredients

  • 40g oats

  • 100g Fage 0% yogurt 

  • 20g of Whey Protein

  • 1/2 banana

  • 10g Peanut butter

  • 1 square of dark choc 75% cocoa

  • 2 tbsp of milk

Preparation

1.  Add some oats into the bottom of a glass, then 20g yogurt and a layer of banana and drizzle of peanut butter.

2. Mix the whey protein, rest of the oats, 80g of yogurt, 1/2 square of dark choc chopped and milk together then add to the glass.

3. Then top with banana slices, 1/2 square dark choc chopped and a few seeds and oats.
