Ingredients
200g Oats
160g dates
200g Peanut Butter
100g Whey protein
100g skinny maple syrup
100g skinny golden syrup
80g dark choc
Preparation
Add the dates, syrup and peanut butter to a blender, then after 1 min add the protein powder and blendÂ
Mix in the oats and chopped dark choc
Scoop out onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 mins at 180*
Place in fridge or freezer
