Ingredients

200g Oats

160g dates

200g Peanut Butter

100g Whey protein

100g skinny maple syrup

100g skinny golden syrup

80g dark choc

Preparation

  • Add the dates, syrup and peanut butter to a blender, then after 1 min add the protein powder and blend 

  • Mix in the oats and chopped dark choc

  • Scoop out onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 mins at 180*

  • Place in fridge or freezer
