About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of whey protein

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 bananas

  • 1/3 cup cocoa

  • 1 tbsp of skinny maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 bar of dark chocolate, maple syrup, peanut butter & nuts for toppings

Preparation

1.Mix 2 scoops of whey protein, 2 

   tbsp peanut butter, 2 bananas,                  

   1/3 cup cocoa, 1 tbsp of skinny 

   maple syrup and 1 tsp of vanilla 

   extract in a bowl.

2.Scoop into a donut mould (6 donuts)

3.Place in the oven at 180* for 20-25 mins


Toppings: Fage yogurt and maple syrup

                 Fage yogurt, choc chunks & nuts

                 Fage yogurt mixed with dark choc and     

                 desiccated coconut sprinkled on top

                 Peanut butter
